Esprinet S.p.A. informs that, with reference to the ordinary shareholders’ meeting called up on April 24, 2024, in single call, as at March 30, 2024, deadline to filing lists, only a list of candidates for the appointment as members of the Board of Directors and a list of candidates for the appointment as members of the Board of Statutory Auditors were submitted by the shareholders Axopa S.r.l. and Montinvest S.r.l., adhering to the shareholders’ agreement entered into on March 24, 2023.

ESPRINET announced that, in accordance with the previous communication of 19 July 2023, it finalized today the acquisition, of 100% of the share capital of Sifar Group S.r.l., a company governed by Italian low, active since 2012 in the B2B distribution of components and accessories of smartphones and tablets.
