Axopa S.r.l. and Montinvest S.r.l. announce that the voting and consultation syndicate agreement concerning Esprinet S.p.A. shares, entered into by the Parties on 24 March 2023, a subsequently amended, has been terminated due to expiry of its term.

Esprinet S.p.A. informs that, with reference to the ordinary shareholders’ meeting called up on April 24, 2024, in single call, as at March 30, 2024, deadline to filing lists, only a list of candidates for the appointment as members of the Board of Directors and a list of candidates for the appointment as members of the Board of Statutory Auditors were submitted by the shareholders Axopa S.r.l. and Montinvest S.r.l., adhering to the shareholders’ agreement entered into on March 24, 2023.
