Explanatory Notes
Every Sustainability Report published by the Esprinet Group has been drafted in compliance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines - the international reference institution on sustainability reporting since 1997.
The methodological references to draft the sustainability reports are the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, published in 2016, and the subsequent GRI updates, according to the “in accordance-core” option.
Starting precisely from the GRI Standards, Esprinet identifies the issues to be addressed by matching the intrinsic characteristics of its business with stimuli from outside. The careful analysis of all the variables present finally leads to the drafting of the sustainability report.
The pre-editing study considers the aspects most relevant to the Group's stakeholders. Each theme is the result of interviews with top management, which also allow for mapping of key corporate stakeholders, later validated by members of the Competitiveness and Sustainability Committee.
