Training
A socially responsible company has a duty to invest in the training of its staff. Esprinet considers this fundamental to successfully meeting the challenges of an ever-changing market. In addition to the courses offered for the development of soft skills or technical competences, there are various training sessions to support the company's priorities and the implementation of new tools. In addition to all this, there are courses on privacy, health, safety and Corporate Civil Liability Legislative Decree 231/01.
Performance management
Among the corporate social responsibility initiatives in 2022 and 2023 should be mentioned the first performance development cycle based on a new process introduced in 2021 and featuring continuous feedback, Feedback4you. In addition, development meetings, between HR and function managers, were held in early 2022 with the aim of sharing an overview of the resources belonging to the teams and identifying key development actions.
Safety at work
The Esprinet Group works with fivecooperatives to carry out its activities: 4Logistix S.r.l. and the social cooperative For-Te in Italy, Stylepack, Emplazados Social e Ilunion Almacen in Spain.
Smart Working and Work-Life Balance
The Esprinet Group believes that corporate welfare is a key strategic element. The goal of the Esprinet4you program is precisely to promote employee welfare by coming to meet their needs. Launched in 2020, Esprinet4you was an immediate success, and so the company has decided to reintroduce it for both 2022 and 2023, always adopting a well-defined horizon: to help improve the quality of life of staff.
The aim has been to build initiatives that can truly contribute to improving the quality of life of staff.
