Our commitment toward the environment
The Esprinet Group aims to establish a culture oriented toward environmental sustainability. This vision stems from the absolute conviction that respect for the environment constitutes a fundamental value for promoting in every individual a lifestyle compatible with a more sustainable future.
In fact, the Group is committed to environmental protection and each of its activities pays special attention:
- to the increasingly rational use of resources
- to reduce waste
- to solutions that can provide energy savings
Esprinet develops corporate policies based on the concept of environmental sustainability to safeguard the ecosystem and, above all, create values for the communities and territories in which the company operates.

Energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions
Esprinet's activities towards environmental sustainability affect its entire articulated supply chain. In fact, environmental impact is determined both upstream and downstream of the organization.
The Esprinet Group has also decided for the year 2022 to comprehensively measure the environmental impact of its entire supply chain online adhering to the 'GHG Protocol' (Greenhouse Gas Protocol).
The energy sources used by the Group at its locations are electricity, natural gas, diesel, and gasoline.
Integrated Supply Chain
Esprinet activities are included within an articulated Supply Chain.
Transportations
Esprinet's business makes use of two types of transport: direct deliveries, which involve the transport of goods, by vans, from the Group's warehouses to customers without intermediate steps, and indirect deliveries, i.e. those entrusted to international transport carriers, in which a stop-over at logistics hubs is provided.
Group’s Supply Chain
The Esprinet Group deals with “business-to-business” technology distribution, acting as wholesale distributor of technological products along the IT supply chain.
Raw materials and Waste
Raw materials fed into the supply chain by the Esprinet Group mainly consist of paper, cardboard, wood plastic, iron bits and glue, used for product packaging. In line with the culture of environmental sustainability present in the company, the Esprinet Group has activated the Packaging Sustainability Program, which involves the use of innovative and sustainable materials in the goods packaging process. The goal is to eliminate the use of plastic material, further contributing to environmental protection from the packaging fleet.
The waste that the Esprinet Group has to dispose of comes mostly from the packaging used to transport products from the production site to the Group's warehouses and consists mainly of paper, cardboard, plastic, pallet wood, and iron.
